Returns
Our return policy is 30 days past the shipping date. Returns are no longer available for refund or exchange after the 30 day mark.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, contact us via email dsandersarts@gmail.com and describe reason for return, and include your receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping cost of all returns is the buyers responsibility. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of eligible returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of receipt.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item send an email, with photographic evidence of defect or damage to dsandersarts@gmail.com and send your item to: 1230 Fremont Blvd., Seaside, California US 93955

Shipping fees for original art to be determined based on buyers location and time-frame. The artist will contact you directly with an estimate.
